Best For: Players who want a flexible support that can increase team ATK, provide a protective shield, and strengthen teams built around ATK-scaling or Hexerei characters.
1. Recommended Artifacts
4-Piece Celestial Gift — Recommended for Nicole because it provides a strong teamwide Elemental DMG Bonus after she uses her Elemental Skill, with an even stronger effect when another Hexerei character is present.
Alternative: 4-Piece Noblesse Oblige can provide additional team ATK when Nicole uses her Elemental Burst, while 2-Piece ATK combinations can be useful when maximizing Nicole’s own ATK is more important for the team.
Celestial Gift is currently her primary general support set because Nicole can activate its effect while remaining off-field.

Premium: Angelos’ Heptades
Alternatives: Crane’s Echoing Call, Skyward Atlas, Memory of Dust
F2P: Flowing Purity
Angelos’ Heptades is Nicole’s signature weapon and provides a large amount of ATK while also helping reduce her Energy requirements and improving her support capabilities. Flowing Purity is a practical accessible option because its high Base ATK and ATK% secondary stat contribute directly to the stats Nicole wants.

Pyro / Hexerei: Nicole + Durin + Emilie + Lyney
Overloaded: Nicole + Fischl + Chevreuse + Yoimiya
Melt: Nicole + Durin + Lohen + Xilonen
Nicole is particularly useful alongside ATK-scaling damage dealers because her Elemental Skill provides a teamwide ATK increase rather than only buffing the active character. Pairing her with another Hexerei character also allows her to take greater advantage of Hexerei-related effects.

Sands: ATK% / Energy Recharge

Priority: Energy Recharge as needed → ATK% → Flat ATK
Nicole’s support scales heavily with her ATK. Building toward 4,000 ATK allows her Elemental Skill to reach its maximum Flat ATK buff, while additional ATK also improves her shield and Hexerei-related damage contribution. Energy Recharge becomes more important if you intend to use her Elemental Burst every rotation.
5. Playstyle
Use Nicole’s Elemental Skill before switching to your main damage dealers. Her Skill grants the party an ATK buff while creating a shield, allowing Nicole to provide both offensive and defensive support with very little field time.
Her Elemental Burst enables coordinated attacks while she remains off-field. However, not every team needs Nicole to Burst during every rotation. In teams where the Burst contributes less, using only her Skill can shorten the rotation and allow more of her build to focus on ATK instead of Energy Recharge.
6. F2P
Nicole does not require her signature weapon to function as a strong support. Flowing Purity provides useful Base ATK and ATK%, while her most important team utility already comes from her Elemental Skill.
F2P players should prioritize increasing Nicole’s ATK and meeting only the Energy Recharge requirements needed for their particular rotation rather than sacrificing too much ATK simply to use her Burst every rotation.
*StoryBillion Tip: Nicole does not need to use her Elemental Burst in every team or every rotation. Her Elemental Skill already provides her core ATK buff and shield, so forcing excessive Energy Recharge can sometimes be less useful than investing more heavily in ATK.
