Emilie

4-Piece Unfinished Reverie — Recommended for Emilie because Burning teams can maintain its large DMG Bonus consistently, significantly increasing the damage from her Elemental Skill, passive attacks, and Burst.

Alternative: 4-Piece Deepwood Memories is a useful option when nobody else on the team is using it. It reduces enemy Dendro RES and becomes particularly valuable when Emilie is paired with another Dendro damage dealer.

For maximum personal damage, Unfinished Reverie is generally preferred. Ideally, another teammate carries Deepwood Memories so Emilie can benefit from the Dendro RES reduction while keeping her stronger offensive artifact set.

Premium: Lumidouce Elegy
Alternatives: Calamity Queller, Staff of Homa, Primordial Jade Winged-Spear, Deathmatch
F2P: Missive Windspear / Favonius Lance

Lumidouce Elegy is Emilie’s signature weapon and her strongest general option. It provides CRIT Rate while its passive works naturally with Burning and also restores Energy, reducing the amount of Energy Recharge Emilie needs from artifacts.

Deathmatch is one of her strongest 4-star offensive options, while Missive Windspear is an excellent free weapon for players who obtained it during its event. Favonius Lance is less focused on personal damage but can be useful when Emilie or her teammates need additional Energy.

Kinich Burning: Kinich + Emilie + Mavuika + Bennett
Arlecchino Burning: Arlecchino + Emilie + Bennett + Kazuha
BurnVape: Emilie + Furina + Xiangling + Bennett

Emilie performs particularly well when teammates can maintain Burning without requiring her to stay on-field. Her Lumidouce Case becomes considerably stronger when Burning enemies are nearby, allowing her to contribute substantial damage while another character remains active.

Kinich is a natural partner because both characters benefit from teams built around Burning. Emilie can provide continuous off-field damage while Kinich takes the majority of the field time.

Sands: ATK%
Goblet: Dendro DMG Bonus
Circlet: CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG
Priority: CRIT → ATK% → Energy Recharge

Unlike many Dendro characters, Emilie generally does not want to stack Elemental Mastery. Burning enables her kit, but most of her damage comes from her own ATK-scaling abilities rather than the Burning reaction itself.

Her Energy requirements depend heavily on how frequently you want to use her Burst. In many teams, investing heavily into Energy Recharge just to Burst every rotation is not worthwhile; using her Burst every other rotation can allow more investment into CRIT and ATK instead.

Use Emilie’s Elemental Skill to deploy her Lumidouce Case, then switch to the rest of the team and begin maintaining Burning. The Case attacks enemies automatically and becomes stronger as it collects Scents generated while Burning enemies are nearby.

Her Elemental Burst temporarily replaces the existing Case and rapidly attacks enemies before recreating a Lumidouce Case when the Burst ends. This allows Emilie to maintain her off-field presence without repeatedly rebuilding her setup.

Prioritize Emilie’s Elemental Skill first, followed by her Burst. Her Normal Attacks can generally remain unleveled because she normally spends most of the rotation off-field.

Emilie does not require Lumidouce Elegy to perform her main role. Missive Windspear is a strong free option for players who obtained it during its Version 3.1 event, while Favonius Lance provides an accessible alternative when additional Energy generation is useful.

Her team options can also include accessible characters such as Xiangling and Bennett, making it possible to maintain Burning without relying entirely on limited 5-star teammates.

F2P players should prioritize obtaining 4-Piece Unfinished Reverie, building ATK and CRIT, and maintaining consistent Burning rather than stacking Elemental Mastery simply because Emilie is a Dendro character.
