F2P: Slingshot
Hunter’s Path works especially well with Sethos because it provides CRIT Rate and increases Charged Attack damage based on Elemental Mastery.
Slingshot is an unusually strong F2P option despite being a 3-star weapon. Its CRIT Rate and damage passive work well with Sethos’s Charged Attack playstyle, making premium weapons unnecessary for a functional build.

Elemental Mastery is especially valuable for Sethos because his damage directly benefits from it while Aggravate also scales with EM. This makes an Elemental Mastery Sands the natural choice for most reaction-focused builds.
Energy is also important because Sethos can consume Energy to greatly shorten the charging time of his special Charged Attacks.
5. Playstyle
Sethos can use his Energy to fire Shadowpiercing Shots, powerful Charged Attacks that charge much faster when enough Energy is available. Set up Dendro and other support abilities first, then use Sethos to trigger Aggravate during his on-field damage window.
His Elemental Burst offers an alternative playstyle by converting his Normal Attacks into Electro-infused attacks that benefit from Elemental Mastery. Because his Charged Attack and Burst playstyles use his Energy differently, rotations should focus on one approach at a time.
6. F2P
Sethos is very F2P-friendly because Slingshot is a 3-star weapon that provides useful CRIT Rate and a strong passive for his Charged Attacks.
He can also use accessible Dendro teammates to enable Aggravate. F2P players should prioritize CRIT and Elemental Mastery rather than assuming that Sethos needs a high-rarity bow to deal strong damage.
*StoryBillion Tip: Sethos uses Energy differently from most characters. His Shadowpiercing Charged Attacks can consume Energy to charge almost instantly, while his Burst also requires Energy. Avoid spending all of his Energy on Charged Attacks if your rotation is built around using his Burst next.
