4-Piece Emblem of Severed Fate — A strong general option for Rosaria because much of her damage comes from her Elemental Burst, while the Energy Recharge helps maintain reliable Burst uptime.
Alternative: 4-Piece Gilded Dreams is strong for Reverse Melt, while 4-Piece Blizzard Strayer works well in Freeze teams. Noblesse Oblige is useful when Rosaria is primarily being used as a support.

F2P: The Catch
Staff of the Scarlet Sands is especially strong for Reverse Melt because it provides high CRIT Rate and converts Elemental Mastery into additional ATK. The Catch is Rosaria’s strongest permanent free option for Reverse Melt and also works well in Freeze teams thanks to its Energy Recharge and Burst bonuses.

Rosaria’s Burst provides consistent off-field Cryo damage while her Skill generates useful Cryo particles. In Reverse Melt, her Skill and Burst can trigger Melt reliably, while Freeze and Physical teams benefit from her CRIT Rate sharing and support utility.

Priority: Energy Recharge until needed → CRIT → Elemental Mastery in Melt → ATK%
Rosaria’s Ascension Passive shares 15% of her CRIT Rate with nearby teammates after she casts her Burst, up to a maximum 15% CRIT Rate bonus. This makes CRIT Rate particularly valuable when Rosaria is being built as a support.
5. Playstyle
Use Rosaria’s Elemental Skill before her Burst whenever possible. Her Skill can increase her own CRIT Rate when she attacks an enemy from behind, which then improves the CRIT Rate buff she shares after casting her Burst.
Her Burst is the most important part of her kit, providing repeated off-field Cryo damage while Rosaria is no longer active. Prioritize leveling her Burst first, followed by her Skill.
6. F2P
Rosaria is very F2P-friendly because The Catch is permanently obtainable without wishing and provides Energy Recharge, Burst DMG, and Burst CRIT Rate.
F2P players can use Rosaria as either a Reverse Melt damage dealer or a general Cryo support. Her particle generation and CRIT Rate buff come directly from her kit, so she does not require a premium weapon to provide useful team support.
*StoryBillion Tip: Use Rosaria’s Skill before her Burst when possible. Hitting an enemy from behind with her Skill can increase Rosaria’s own CRIT Rate, and that extra CRIT Rate contributes to the teamwide CRIT Rate buff she provides after casting her Burst.
