Best For: Players who want an accessible Dendro applicator for Quicken, Hyperbloom, Burgeon, or Bloom teams.

4-Piece Deepwood Memories — Recommended when no other teammate is using it, reducing enemy Dendro RES and improving Dendro and Bloom-related team damage.
Alternative: 4-Piece Instructor can provide additional Elemental Mastery to reaction-focused teams, while 4-Piece Noblesse Oblige can support ATK-scaling teammates.

F2P: Favonius Warbow
Elegy for the End provides Energy Recharge while offering valuable teamwide EM and ATK buffs. Favonius Warbow is an especially practical F2P choice because Collei has relatively high Energy requirements and can also generate additional Energy for her teammates.

Quicken: Collei + Yae Miko + Fischl + Kazuha
F2P Hyperbloom: Collei + Xingqiu + Dendro Traveler + Kuki Shinobu
Bloom: Collei + Nilou + Nahida + Kokomi
Collei provides off-field Dendro through her Skill and Burst while requiring relatively little field time. Her short cooldowns also make her flexible in teams with shorter rotations.

Sands: Energy Recharge / Elemental Mastery / ATK%
Goblet: Dendro DMG Bonus
Circlet: CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG
Priority: Energy Recharge → CRIT Rate with Favonius → CRIT → Elemental Mastery / ATK%
Collei’s first priority is having enough Energy Recharge to maintain her Burst. Her requirements can reach around 200% ER or more in some teams, although additional Dendro characters and Favonius weapons can reduce this considerably.
5. Playstyle
Use Collei’s Elemental Skill to throw her Floral Ring, then activate her Elemental Burst to create a field that repeatedly deals Dendro damage. After setting up her abilities, switch to the character responsible for triggering or taking advantage of the team’s Dendro reactions.
Her Burst is generally more important than her Skill for consistent Dendro application, while Normal Attacks are rarely needed in a standard support build.
6. F2P
Collei is extremely F2P-friendly because she can be obtained for free through the Spiral Abyss and works well with Favonius Warbow, which is also obtainable without requiring a limited 5-star weapon.
Her main value comes from Dendro application and support rather than high personal damage. F2P players should therefore prioritize Energy Recharge and a useful support artifact set before investing heavily into offensive stats.
*StoryBillion Tip: Collei’s Energy Recharge is more important than maximizing her personal damage. If her Burst is not consistently available, prioritize more ER—even if that means temporarily using weaker offensive artifact stats.
