1. Recommended Artifacts
4-Piece Pale Flame — Recommended for Eula because she can reliably activate its ATK and Physical DMG bonuses during her standard Burst rotation.
Alternative: 2-Piece Pale Flame + 2-Piece Bloodstained Chivalry provides a consistent Physical DMG Bonus and can be easier to build when the individual pieces have stronger substats.

F2P: Tidal Shadow / Snow-Tombed Starsilver
Song of Broken Pines is Eula’s signature weapon and provides high Base ATK, Physical DMG Bonus, and additional ATK. Beacon of the Reed Sea is another powerful option because its CRIT Rate makes balancing Eula’s stats considerably easier.

Superconduct: Eula + Fischl + Mika + Rosaria
Raiden: Eula + Raiden Shogun + Rosaria + Bennett
Defensive: Eula + Fischl + Rosaria + Diona
Eula generally wants an Electro teammate because Superconduct reduces enemy Physical RES, directly increasing her Physical damage. Cryo teammates such as Rosaria can also provide particles to help with Eula’s relatively demanding Energy requirements.

Priority: Energy Recharge until needed → CRIT → ATK%
Eula needs enough Energy Recharge to use her Burst consistently, but the exact requirement depends heavily on her teammates and particle generation. Around 120–140% can be a useful range in many teams, although Energy-heavy setups such as Raiden teams may require less.
5. Playstyle
Use Eula’s Skill and Elemental Burst, then continue attacking to build Lightfall Sword stacks before the sword explodes. A common sequence uses Normal Attacks followed by her Hold Skill and more Normal Attacks to maximize the final Burst damage.
Her Hold Skill also reduces enemy Physical and Cryo RES after consuming Grimheart stacks, so timing it during her Burst window is an important part of her standard rotation.
6. F2P
Eula can function without Song of Broken Pines. Tidal Shadow provides an accessible craftable ATK option when its healing-based passive can be activated, while Snow-Tombed Starsilver provides Physical DMG Bonus and is another usable accessible Claymore.
F2P players should prioritize a balanced CRIT ratio, sufficient Energy Recharge, and a reliable Electro teammate for Superconduct rather than treating Eula’s signature weapon as necessary.
*StoryBillion Tip: Eula’s Elemental Burst does not deal most of its damage immediately. Keep attacking after casting it to build Lightfall Sword stacks—the more stacks you generate before it explodes, the stronger the final Physical damage hit becomes.
