Reaching the maximum Construction Level also unlocks the Birth of the Singer in the Shell achievement, which rewards 5 Primogems.
Do You Need 100% Exploration to Max Tidesong Cavern?
No.
You only need 90% exploration in Fellfrost Peak to meet the final Tidesong Cavern upgrade requirement.
So if your goal is specifically to reach Meeting Point Level 5, you do not need to find every remaining exploration objective first.
