Flins

4-Piece Night of the Sky’s Unveiling — Recommended for Flins because it provides CRIT Rate and Lunar Reaction bonuses that directly support his on-field Lunar-Charged playstyle.

Alternative: 4-Piece Thundering Fury can be used as a more general Electro and reaction-focused option. Mixed ATK% or Elemental Mastery sets are also usable while farming his recommended set.

Night of the Sky’s Unveiling is generally the most natural choice because Flins spends his damage window on-field and is designed specifically around Lunar-Charged reactions.

Premium: Bloodsoaked Ruins
Alternatives: Staff of the Scarlet Sands, Staff of Homa, Primordial Jade Winged-Spear
F2P: Prospector’s Shovel

Bloodsoaked Ruins is Flins’s signature weapon and is designed around his Lunar-Charged damage, providing CRIT Rate while rewarding his Burst and reaction-focused gameplay.

Other strong 5-star Polearms can still provide valuable offensive stats even without directly supporting Lunar-Charged. For accessible builds, prioritize weapons that provide useful ATK, CRIT, or other stats that contribute to his reaction damage.

Premium Lunar-Charged: Flins + Ineffa + Columbina + Sucrose
Accessible Lunar-Charged: Flins + Ineffa + Aino + Sucrose
Ineffa-less Lunar-Charged: Flins + Fischl + Columbina + Sucrose

Flins performs best in Lunar-Charged teams, where Hydro application and teammates who strengthen Lunar-Charged damage are especially valuable. Ineffa is one of his strongest partners, providing off-field Electro damage, a shield, and direct support for Lunar-Charged reactions.

Columbina is Flins’s strongest Hydro partner, while Aino provides a more accessible alternative. Sucrose is particularly valuable because her Elemental Mastery buffs increase the Lunar-Charged damage contributed by the entire team.

Sands: ATK%
Goblet: ATK% / Electro DMG Bonus
Circlet: CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG
Priority: CRIT → ATK% → Energy Recharge → Elemental Mastery

ATK is particularly valuable for Flins because his kit converts part of his ATK into Elemental Mastery and also uses ATK to increase Lunar-Charged damage. This allows him to strengthen his reaction damage while still building conventional offensive stats.

Maintain a balanced CRIT ratio while building enough Energy Recharge for a comfortable rotation. Elemental Mastery can still contribute to reaction damage, but it generally should not be prioritized at the expense of stronger ATK and CRIT stats.

Use Flins’s Elemental Skill to enter Manifest Flame and begin his on-field damage sequence. His kit converts his attacks to Electro and gives him access to enhanced abilities designed to trigger and strengthen Lunar-Charged reactions.

Set up Hydro application and support abilities before switching to Flins so Lunar-Charged can trigger consistently throughout his field time. His special Elemental Burst is an important part of his damage, so the rotation should be built around using it during his active state.

Because Flins is an on-field carry, his teammates should generally establish their off-field abilities first and then leave the main damage window to him.

Flins does not require his signature weapon to function, but his teams benefit significantly from having characters who can consistently enable Lunar-Charged.

Prospector’s Shovel provides an accessible weapon option, while Aino can supply off-field Hydro application for Lunar-Charged teams. Sucrose can also fill an Anemo support slot when premium supports are unavailable.

F2P players should prioritize Flins’s core offensive stats and consistent Lunar-Charged reactions rather than trying to reproduce a premium team exactly. Building a functional Electro-Hydro core around him is more important than owning every premium support.
