4-Piece Gilded Dreams — A strong option for Mizuki’s personal damage in Stellar Swirl teams, providing additional Elemental Mastery that directly benefits her reaction-focused kit.
Alternative: 2-Piece EM + 2-Piece EM combinations are easy to build and remain competitive. 4-Piece Viridescent Venerer is preferred when using Mizuki as a regular Swirl driver rather than a Stellar Swirl DPS.

Sunny Morning Sleep-In provides a large amount of Elemental Mastery and is particularly well suited to Mizuki’s reaction-focused gameplay. The Widsith is one of her strongest accessible options, while inexpensive EM weapons such as Magic Guide remain usable when stronger Catalysts are unavailable.

Mizuki’s preferred Version 7.0 playstyle revolves around Stellar Swirl. She needs a Stellar Swirl enabler such as Odette or Cryo Traveler as well as reliable off-field Cryo application to trigger the reaction consistently.

Priority: CRIT ≈ Elemental Mastery → Energy Recharge
In Stellar Swirl teams, Mizuki generally uses EM Sands and Goblet while her Circlet can use CRIT because Stellar Swirl can benefit from CRIT. Outside Stellar Swirl teams, EM / EM / EM is preferred because regular Swirl cannot CRIT.
5. Playstyle
Use Mizuki’s Elemental Skill to enter her floating Dreamdrifter state and keep her on-field while teammates provide the elements needed to trigger Stellar Swirl. Her gameplay is mechanically simple because much of her damage comes from triggering reactions while remaining in this state.
Her Burst provides healing and additional utility, but it does not need to be used every rotation. Building excessive Energy Recharge specifically to Burst more frequently can reduce her damage, so treat her Burst primarily as additional healing when needed. Prioritize Skill → Character Level → Burst.
6. F2P
Mizuki does not require her signature Catalyst to function effectively. Accessible Elemental Mastery weapons can provide the main stat she needs, while mixed 2-Piece EM artifact sets make her relatively easy to build.
F2P players should prioritize raising Mizuki to Level 90 and stacking Elemental Mastery rather than investing heavily into Energy Recharge. More importantly, Stellar Swirl teams require an appropriate reaction enabler, so team composition has a major impact on her current performance.
*StoryBillion Tip: Version 7.0 changed how Mizuki should be built. In Stellar Swirl teams, she is no longer simply a triple-EM regular Swirl driver—CRIT becomes valuable because Stellar Swirl can CRIT. Use EM Sands and Goblet, then consider a CRIT Circlet instead of automatically giving her EM in every artifact slot.
