Kaveh

4-Piece Deepwood Memories — A strong general option when nobody else on the team is using it, reducing enemy Dendro RES while Kaveh remains on-field.
Alternative: 4-Piece Ocean-Hued Clam can convert Kaveh’s self-healing into additional damage in Bloom or Burgeon teams. Flower of Paradise Lost can also be used when Kaveh personally triggers a significant portion of the team’s Blooms.

Premium: Skyward Pride
Alternatives: Sacrificial Greatsword, Mailed Flower
F2P: Favonius Greatsword / Forest Regalia

Favonius Greatsword is particularly useful because Kaveh has high Energy requirements and spends enough time on-field to trigger its passive repeatedly. Sacrificial Greatsword can instead provide an additional Skill use, generating more Dendro particles and application.

Bloom: Kaveh + Nilou + Xingqiu + Nahida
Hyperbloom: Kaveh + Xingqiu + Kuki Shinobu + Dendro Traveler
Burgeon: Kaveh + Xingqiu + Thoma + Nahida

Kaveh is primarily designed as an on-field Bloom driver, but his Dendro-infused attacks also allow him to drive Hyperbloom and Burgeon teams. His teammates should generally provide their damage and elemental application from off-field so Kaveh can maintain his Burst state.

Sands: Energy Recharge / Elemental Mastery
Goblet: Elemental Mastery
Circlet: Elemental Mastery / CRIT Rate with Favonius / Healing Bonus
Priority: Energy Recharge → CRIT Rate with Favonius → Elemental Mastery

Kaveh’s Burst is essential to his gameplay, so Energy Recharge should be prioritized before stacking Elemental Mastery. His ER requirements can vary substantially depending on the number of Dendro teammates and Favonius procs in the team.

Use Kaveh’s Burst to convert his Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks to Dendro, then keep him on-field to continuously apply Dendro and generate reactions. His Elemental Skill can immediately rupture nearby Dendro Cores, allowing Bloom damage to be triggered sooner.

Kaveh also heals himself when damaged by Dendro Core-related effects, making him considerably more comfortable as an on-field driver in Bloom teams. Prioritize his Burst first, followed by his Normal Attack and Skill.

Kaveh does not need a 5-star weapon to perform his intended role. Favonius Greatsword helps solve his high Energy requirements, while Forest Regalia provides a permanently craftable Energy Recharge option.

His value comes primarily from on-field Dendro application, Bloom interaction, and team enabling rather than high personal Talent damage. F2P players should therefore prioritize reliable Burst uptime before investing heavily into offensive stats.
