No. You cannot get all Font of Life rewards in one playthrough.
At the end of the Font of Life choice, you must choose between Coen, Anca, or destroying the Font. Each option locks out the other two for that save.
That means you cannot normally get the Font of Life perk, Anca’s favorable personal outcome, and the Ancient Greaves all in the same playthrough.
What Are the Three Font of Life Rewards?
Each choice gives you a different result:
- Coen: Unlocks the Font of Life perk, which regenerates Human Health during the day.
- Anca: Gives Anca the more favorable personal outcome, but Coen receives no Font of Life perk.
- Destroy: Gives you the Ancient Greaves, but neither Coen nor Anca receives the Font’s power.
The game makes you commit to one of these outcomes.
So this is not a situation where you can complete extra objectives and eventually collect everything later.
Can You Get the Font of Life Perk and Ancient Greaves Together?
No. The Font of Life perk and Ancient Greaves come from different choices.
To get the perk, Coen must use the Font.
To get the Ancient Greaves, you must destroy the Font.
Once Coen uses the Font, the destruction option is gone. If you destroy it instead, Coen permanently loses access to the perk for that playthrough.
So you have to choose between:
- A permanent passive perk
- A legendary armor reward
You cannot normally obtain both from this quest in the same run.
Can Anca Use the Font and Coen Still Get the Perk?
No.
If Anca uses the Font, Coen cannot also receive the Font of Life perk.
There is only one final use of the Font, and giving it to Anca resolves the choice in her favor.
Coen receives no perk afterward, and there is no normal alternate method for unlocking Font of Life later in the same save.
This is why players who want Coen’s passive regeneration need to choose him when the decision appears.

Can Anca Use the Font and You Still Get the Ancient Greaves?
No.
The Ancient Greaves are tied specifically to destroying the Font.
If Anca uses it instead, you do not receive the Greaves.
Likewise, if you destroy it to obtain the armor, Anca loses the opportunity to use the Font.
So these two outcomes are also mutually exclusive.
Is There Any Reward You Get Regardless of the Font Choice?
Yes.
The important distinction is that not every reward from the questline is tied to the final Font decision.
Completing Stronger Than Achilles provides other quest rewards regardless of which Font option you select. Current guides specifically report a legendary light chestpiece and Runic Enchantment as rewards earned independently of the final choice.
So when we say you cannot get “all Font of Life rewards,” we mean the three choice-specific outcomes:
- Font of Life perk
- Anca using the Font
- Ancient Greaves
You do not lose the normal quest completion rewards simply because you picked one of them.
Can You Reload a Save to See All Three Outcomes?
Yes, if you created a save before making the decision.
You can reload that save and choose a different Font outcome to see what happens.
For example, you could:
- Save before the Font decision.
- Let Coen use it and test the Font of Life perk.
- Reload.
- Let Anca use it and see her version of the outcome.
- Reload again.
- Destroy the Font to receive the Ancient Greaves.
However, this does not combine the rewards into one continuing save.
Each reloaded branch remains its own version of events.
So reloading lets you experience all three choices, but it does not let one character save permanently keep all three results.
Which Font Reward Is Recommended for One Playthrough?
Since you cannot collect everything, choose based on what matters most to you.
- Choose Coen if you want the permanent Font of Life perk and passive daytime health regeneration.
- Choose Anca if you want the most favorable outcome for her personal story.
- Destroy the Font if you specifically want the Ancient Greaves.
For gameplay utility, Coen’s perk is usually the most distinctive reward because it provides a permanent passive effect.
For story-focused players, Anca may be the more satisfying choice.
Destroying the Font is mainly worth considering if you specifically want the Ancient Greaves.

Do You Need Multiple Playthroughs to Permanently Get Every Outcome?
Yes, if you want to complete separate saves with each outcome, you need to make different choices across different runs or reload from an earlier save and continue each branch separately.
The game does not provide a normal way to merge those mutually exclusive outcomes afterward.
So a single completed save can only retain one Font choice.
That is why making a manual save before the decision is useful if you are unsure which reward you want.
